texte = How much trouble would it be to add an ID field at the end of the headers and put the numbers in?Or, (I did this just last week to an old site I'm revamping) open the DB in excel and add a column at the beginning. Under the Edit menu, choose Fill, then Series, and in the dialog box, choose column, and voila - all numbered. You might have to enter a 1 in the first cell first; I don't know. Then just add the new fieldname, replace the DB, closedatabases, and away you go. This also a good chance to reorder the fields and do other cleanup. The DB I altered had about 45,000 records and was a couple of MBs big.Terry>Hi all,>>In a search context you are able to set rank=off which can give a >result where the first record ever written in the DB gets first and >the last record ends out at the end.>>How can I reverse this?>>Unfortunately the DB in this scenario does not have a unique index...>>>>>>>Venlig hilsen>>Palle Bo Nielsen>(PowerPalle)>>--------------------------------------------------------->This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to>the mailing list
