[WebDNA] Bug in Emailer

texte = In my efforts to get my webdna email messages sent out from the XP dev server on my LAN I discovered a bug that does this: When there's no smtp server running at the designated SMTP Server location which is set in the webdna prefs, webdna will put unsent emails into the EmailCompleted Folder instead of the EmailProblems folder. :( I proved this by uninstalling all the smtp servers I had tested on my XP development box. Then I sent a webdna email using localhost as the designated smtp server. With no smtp server installed webdna *should have* put the failed email into the EmailProblems folder ... but instead it put the failed email into the EmailCompleted folder. In other words, it's telling the programmer that the email was received by the designated smtp server when in fact no such server exists at the designated location!
