Interesting... I have a site where every now and then duplicate entries occur. People make posts at this site and they get written to the db. I do know that one of the affected posters used a pc. not sure of the others, so I can't say if Safari was the culprit. I've never ever been able to duplicate the scenario or troubleshoot why.
