If you put it like that, it's simple: you definitely want a host. Without WebDNA you have a choice between 10 dollars a month in hosting fees or 10 dollars a month for a static IP. With WebDNA it'll take you 15 1/2 months to save the money you'll have to invest in software and SSL and you should know if your busniness idea is sound long before that.
