texte = O.K. Based off of Grants idea... and just to be ready with a wacky reply to my customer's wacky request... So, we require the user to enter their Social Security# upon purchase, then the task would be to take their .pdf file and somehow dynamically secure a unique copy of the original with the purchasers name and social security number. The task at hand for me then would be to figure out how to dynamically secure the file. This is a SiteBuilder originated store.. so I guess the other option is that I could let the owner do it manually by using SiteBuilders book/ship features. I've used them before and they work really well. 1) The shopper makes the purchase (purchase is auth-only, not debited) 2) Admin DL's the order 3) Admin creates a .PDF specifically for purchaser (with the unique Auth) and upploads it to a directory. 4) Admin hits "ship" and purchaser's CC is debited and order is distributed through a custom secure distribution system. I like the later... saves me some some work.
