I appreciate you sticking with me. The only thing that changed on the server is I had to shut DNS off, but that was a couple months ago. When I run 'changeip' it resolves correctly and says no changes needed so the new DNS is functioning properly. 

I'm at a loss. Don't have a clue what more to try.
