I worked out a solution - I don't know if this i=s a WebDNA fixed timeout, but when connecting to Gmail through a POP connec=tor the TCPConnect times out after ten minutes if the script stalls.

So I put the following at the bottom of the page:=

[showif [elapsedtime]>60000] code_to_delete_do=dgy_email [/showif]
