I updated yum and installed the default apache/mysql etc.., (similar to the perfect server howto on howtoforge). Though I have not done extensive testing, as far as I can tell, WebDNA 6.2 CICADA installs perfectly without a hitch. I wouldn't hesitate to run that config in production personally.
