Typically this means the files you uploaded are not accessible to webdna because webdna does not have permission to open or modify them. However ... You seem to think it's a different problem based on the info in your post, and if you're correct then this error suggests that you have not configured something properly: > cannot get docroot information (/) I'm guessing from this error message that somewhere in your configuration you need to tell webdna or apache (or some other software?) where your document root folder is located.
