I think Chris is right, in that it is a bug. I can't even exit terminal when I restart WebCatalogCtl, and actually have to quit it. From what I've been reading, the error is somehow related to a call in the program, which is why I did a clean re-install, as I thought it had become corrupted. All these sites have been running for years without problems, and this only started in the last while after I had finished moving them over to the new server. Even after they were moved, they were working fine, and I hadn't changed anything, and this just popped up, at first every once in a while, and now more frequently, probably related to load.
