Issuing a FlushCache command didn't even help. The server actually had to be rebooted before I could continue -- and that's a PITA when dealing with an uncooperative host who doesn't want to reboot for fear that it might upset one of his other hosting customers ... :( Wow, I never realized that version 6.0 had so many problems. Then again, it seems like this version was phased out rather quickly by 6.1 or 6.2, wasn't it? I do not remember using 6.0 for very long before I upgraded to v6.2 ...
