It doesn't hurt to have them in there, right ?It would help to have them in all the .tmpl and .html files as that would allow complete freedom in moving copies of folders out of the way for experimentation without having to worry about lack of the tags outside the WebCat directory.BTW, I tried placing a NewFile.html next to the SiteEdit passwords to get that used as the default for all new files (as documented in the SiteEdit reference), but it doesn't seem to be having any effect.
