I=92ve built a website with an =administration back end to allow editing of data that the public submits =into a database (service.db).
It=92s on a rented shared =server, so there are some parts of it that I can=92t get =to.
I built and tested it within domain =93A=94. = All of the paths were relative to the local =template.
It all worked =fine.
I=92ve transferred all the files to =the new directory, which will soon become domain =93B=94. All of =the paths are relative to the local template.
I can read data =from the database, but the append, replace or writefile tags don=92t =work.
I=92ve transferred all the =files to domain =93C=94. All of the paths are relative to =the local template.
It all works =fine.
So I started checking all of the =permissions with my ftp client.
Everything looks fine, = with Unix Permissions 775
I=92ve added =the [flushdatabases] and [commitdatabase db=3Dservice.db] tags =where appropriate, but they didn=92t help.
Any =ideas why my database seems to be "read-only=94?
Thanks for =any =insight.
