texte = Problem solved. It seems the paths in the WebCatalog Prefs filemust be relative to the WebCatalogEngine folder. For example, first I move up the hierarchy 4 levels to get to the server root(/) then I proceed down to the correct folder:../../../../var/www/html/serverFiles/webdna/mail/EmailDropFolder/I forgot to put a trailing slash after the folder names in myprevious post too, but I had them in my prefs file. Once Ireconfigured my paths like this I got it working.Regards,Kenneth GromeWebDNA Solutionshttp://www.webdnasolutions.comWeb Database Systems and Linux Server ManagementOn 11/24/2014 02:32 PM, Kenneth Grome wrote:> I want to move these mail folders used by WebDNA:> > EmailFolder> EmailCompleted> EmailProblem> EmailLog> > > > So I saved these new FULL PATHS by using the WebDNA Admin> interface which (1) saved these values in my WebCatalog Prefs file:> > EMailFolder:> /var/www/html/serverFiles/webdna/mail/EmailDropFolder> > CompletedEMailFolder:> /var/www/html/serverFiles/webdna/mail/EmailSentFolder> > EMailLogFolder:> /var/www/html/serverFiles/webdna/mail/EmailLogFolder> > > > And (2) saved these values in my Emailer Prefs file:> > localhost> /var/www/html/serverFiles/webdna/mail/EmailDropFolder> /var/www/html/serverFiles/webdna/mail/EmailSentFolder> /var/www/html/serverFiles/webdna/mail/EmailLogFolder> 10> 25> > [MailSMTPTLS]> > > > Then I manually saved this additional value in my WebCatalog Prefs> file because the admin interface does not provide any way to> update this pref:> > ProblemEMailFolder:> /var/www/html/serverFiles/webdna/mail/EmailFailFolder> > > > Then I set the permissions on all these new folders to 777, and I> thought that after rebooting it would 'just work' ... but instead> I get this error when I try to send mail:> >> Error: could not create email file in EMailFolder.
