It is empty and we found no pending folder in the PCS store file hierarchy to give us a clue. How about the email field next to the pending folder selection field ? And the template next to that ? If these are needed, then we did indeed screw up because we didn't know any better.It all seems to work, but the web page with the downloadable files never shows up.
