After speaking with my director of IT, it seems that I won't need to solve my problem with the email config or my unknown directory layout. They will be taking my website off line in the next few months anyway, when they become ADA-Compliant. I'm not sure if I will get it back. I would still like to solve my problem in the short term, but it looks like I'm going to have to locate the actual server, and address it from there, with my local sysop. I do appreciate all of your input.
