You don’t need an ampersand before the first variable.

Are you trying to write new record to CAR_GLOB.txt?

If yes, I think you need append=T.

[/search] 

The search is going on well as it is displaying in the html, but not replacinf in the DB 
http://www.cnsr.fr/race2/_admin/dbfs/maj_osiris.dna 
I have allowed in the preference : database extension as .db, .txt 

If any one could open my eyes...
