[WebDNA] Spawn bombing out with ".db-oRiGiNaL-"

The only error Isee is a database that is incremented in the spawn becomes unavailable asit has been renamed with the suffixes below:the_database_name.db-tmpthe_database_name.db-oRiGiNaL-I have checked the archives and see that this renaming happens during asafe write. But clearly the db is not renamed again to the proper name.I can't understand why this has started happening though.
