multi-paragraph fields

. Some of these fields are several paragraphs.I want to preserve the blank lines in TEXTAREA boxes when you type the return key for a paragraph break. However, after using this form to insert a paragraph break, then replacing the record and then reloading the record, the blank line is gone and the text runs together, though the paragraph break is still there only invisible. It would be helpful if the database could preserve this field such that when the field is reloaded into the TEXTAREA box it shows the blank lines instead (making it easier to edit). I have noticed one version of Netscape showing a rectangle in place of the blank line, though another version hides those too.To see for yourself go to www.jacksonhole.com/update.html and follow the link to update a page. User name Guest and password guest. Edit a field to insert blank lines, submit, then reload the form. They are gone.
