Because = you set =E2=80=9CIDType=3Dnum=E2=80=9D, WebDNA is converting the = comparison value ([blank}) to a number. Since it is an invalid number, = it uses the value 0.

So this gets interpreted by WebDNA as = =E2=80=9CneIDdata=3D0=E2=80=9D

If you instead use = =E2=80=9CneIDdata=3D999999=E2=80=9D or another number you know won=E2=80=99= t be there, then you will see the zero.
