Also spun up a VM with IIS and 6x, but realised one or two of the newer Web= DNA tags would be useful, so bought a VPS with CentOS7 fastCGI Not my area, Linux. The vanilla server OS bit is important. Not my area, Linux. The vanilla server OS bit is i= mportant.

With a little help getting there, it runs like a d= ream.

suggested is a linux version of WebDNA fastCGI if you run one single websit= e (cheaper). If you use a dedicated servers or a vps is up to you but the l= inux OS (CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu=85) must be original for the installers to = work properly. Ubuntu must be installed with basic installation (otherwise you end up with gigabytes of useless st= uff).
