No it is not Plesk or WHM/cPanel.
Unfortunately each platform (DigitalOcean, AWS, etc) requires im= ages that are suitable for their system, this is because they have their ow= n releases of the OS to suit their hosting environment.
The snapshot comes to 2.17GB
The exercise he= re is to provide users that have minimal experience to get up and running o= n a platform such as DigitalOcean in a matter of minutes. Sharing a snapsho= t on a platform means that nobody has to download/upload the image. Once yo= u accept the invitation through DigitalOcean you own that image, it is imme= diately available to you, and it is removed from my account.

If you want to build on your own hardware, or another hosting en= vironment that just go through the instructions. The instructions that I ha= ve shared can be the basis for creating a Ubuntu 18.04/WebDNA server on any= hosting service or dedicated machine, all you have to do is ignore the Dig= italOcean droplet stuff.
I will be doing an fcgi s= erver to share shortly.
I have in the past supplie= d a disk image on Dropbox for sharing, unfortunately nobody used it. From m= emory the disk image was about 20GB. I believe that this method is far easi= er and simpler for everyone.

Do you run that particular server u= sing either Plesk or WHM/cPanel?=C2=A0 If so, I think you can just make a b= ackup of a running server any anyone else running either of those server ma= nagement systems would be able to pull an identical, running copy of the en= tire server into any other IP or domain name.=C2=A0 That would be a lot mor= e useful to a lot more people.
