www.cpanel.net)? = Virtually every hosting operation provides one or both of these main, = two hosting systems. Both of those systems have built-in backup = which also handles moving entire accounts between any hosting operation = that supports either of these systems.
Digital Ocean=E2=80=99s =E2=80=9CDroplet=E2= =80=9D or whatever, is just something that only works with them. = I=E2=80=99m asking about making a backup of the hosting = environment you are building WebDNA on, but doing it in a way that would = allow restoration to any other host along with Digital Ocean.
I guess my point is = that, if your environment provides a simple and universal method of = distributing a working WebDNA environment, why not provide a backup file = of that working installation using the cPanle or Plesk standard backups? = I would be happy to host that file for any one else to download = and/or for WebDNA to distribute.
Then WebDNA, in spite it it=E2=80=99s = resistance to simple and effective distribution, would be available in a = few clicks to anyone hosting on virtually anything anywhere. That file = would work on a Google instance, Amazon AWS, Digital Ocean, Microsoft = Azure, Facebook=E2=80=99s server farms, and virtually every cloud = hosting service imaginable. That file could be repacked into a = Docker container. Guys like me would use that as a starting = template for all of my WordPress customers simply because I would have a = simple and already running way to template WebDNA functions into any = WordPress site or multi-site.
So, whatever it=E2=80=99s called, can = you make a general and complete backup of the entire environment in = which you have gotten WebDNA working, using the backup method included = in either Plesk or WHM cPanel?

It will have = Webmin, git, wkhtml to pdf, imagemagick installed there may be some = other stuff there as well. I will strip down one of my production = servers. You will need to set up Apache and install WebDNA license.
I will do a server and an fcgi if there is = enough interest.
