[SETCOOKIE] lets you set a secure cookie. You just set [SETCOOKIE SECURE=3D= T]. So I don't think any changes are necessary for that.
The [REDIRECT] feature does 302 redirects. We could modify [REDIRECT] to ta= ke a parameter to do a 301, or alternatively, we could duplicate the [REDIR= ECT] code, change the 302 to 301, and call it [PERMREDIRECT]
