Help!!!!

texte = I posted to the list a day or two ago and have got no answers.Problem:I want the run WebCat2.acgi from the /cgi-bin/. OK no problem. I set up the action to reflect :cgi-bin:Webcatalog.acgi and all seemed fine.WRONG!! Emailer now breaks!! I get an error that no e-mail was sent.
