texte = HI,I was trying to set up a database conatining about 60 references per records. But I got an error type 2 and Webcat quits when I try to use the database helper either to load the file I created with a few records in BBedit or by creating it from the helper. I got the error even when I only asked to have 60 fields and leaved the name fieldXX that were created by the DB helper. I thought I could create a database with as many fields as I want with WebCat 2. Is there a limit on the number of fields in the database ? Or the field names lenghth, mine were initially from 6 to about 12 characters long ?I am running Webstar 2.02 with 10 Mb or allloacated RAM and WebCat got 10 Mb to. Itied both under MacOS 8 on a developping Powerbook 1400 and on a trusted Quadra 650 running 7.5.3. I tried with a smaller database of less than 10 fields and all the files were created in the yourSite folder as expected, so my system is correctly tuned I think. Thanks for any help.Laurent--- Laurent Pladys LXir 33 rue de la foret 77160 Chenoise France +33 (0)1 64 00 23 23 (tel) +33 (0)1 64 00 59 62 (fax) www.LXir.net ltpladys@LXir.net Associated Messages, from the most recent to the oldest:
