texte = Hi all,I'm in the process of 'upgrading' from WC2b13 to 2.0. Some things thatworked in the beta don't seem to work in the shippingversion...specifically, changing the unitShipCost of products in the cartafter they've been added. I'm probably missing something in the formulaprocessing, so any advice appreciated.Problem:Each item in the database has several unitShipCosts associated with itbased on destination (ship_ground, ship_overnight, ship_Japan, ...). Onthe shopping cart page, the customer clicks on a button denoting the shipdestination (method).Current Method:Behind each destination button is a [lookup ] that sets theunitShipCost[index] to the value in the db for the appropriatefield/destination. When the customer clicks the button, the lineItems inthe cart are updated with the new unitShipCost value. This process nolonger works in 2.0 (shipping). The [lookup ] still works fine, but thevalue in the cart isn't updated (it's set to 0). I suspect this hassomething to do with the souped up security preventing hacking the cart.Problem is I can't get the formulas.db to update the cart either.Formula code:[lookup db=/w3soft.db&lookInField=sku&value=[sku]&returnField=[shipLocale]][shipLocale] is defined by the button the customer clicks to go frombasket.tmpl to invoice.tmpl. Is there a problem with passing a variable tothe formula in this fashion? Per a discussion thread from July, I triedwrapping an [interpret] context around various parts of the code, nothingchanged.----A different odd problem...When I check the open database list from the admin page, I get a lot oferror:database xx could not be opened or found. But the databases areopen and searching etc. work fine. Even the number of fields and recordsshows up correct in the admin table. This happen to anyone else? Thanks & regards,Jason WallaceW3soft
