Tax and ShipCost Problem

texte = I have the problem that my tax and ship costs are not calculated, because the taxable field in my Shopingcart file is set to false.My database has no field for taxable.Which tag calculates the tax for ALL items or how and when do I set the taxable field to true. Also the shipCost tag returns the same value as the taxtotal?!?
