texte = Ken,Grant mentioned a few weeks back that this signal raised error wastraced to a WebCat memory leak. Subsequent 2.1 revs were suppose tohave fixed that, but there is this slowness problem in 2.1b2 and b3 (atlease with the cgi) which is much more of a problem than the occassionalsignal raised error. The problem is that the signal raised error dialogbox requires you clik OK to make it go away (okey dokey doesn't work onit either) and while the dialog is on screen the server is frozen. AndMacsBugs and PowerKey do not sense it as a hang so the server just sitsthere in suspended animation until we notice it. We have not tracedthis to any specific condition which causes the signal raised error soit is not reproduceable. We have not been able to isolate a particulartemplate which causes this, and we've been running in WebCat debug modein an effort to track it down, too. It just seems to happen at the mostinopportune times...Regards,Karl Schrollwww.digitalfrontier.comKenneth Grome wrote:> > >I double checked and yes, this problem is with 2.1b3.> > Are you using the plugin or the CGI?> > >Do you experience the signal raised> >error with 2.01?> > What's causing that error?> > Sincerely, Ken Grome> WebDNA Solutions> http://www.smithmicro.com/webdnasolutions/> > .
