Immediate thoughts:Did you increase the RAM partition for the new beta you just installed? Is the WebTen log showing the correct path to the WebCatalog.acgi? Did you replace your WebCatalog Prefs file during your clean install?RAM considerations:Since you're using the CGI, you may need to increase WebCatalog's Preferred Size setting in the Get Info window. Usually the WebCatalog.acgi is preset to use only about 3MB of RAM when you receive it, but most webmasters set this value much higher when they start using WebCatalog. Then when they download a new version, they sometimes forget to set the new version's memory partition to the same (higher) value as their previous version, and this can cause problems.WebCatalog Prefs considerations:There's usually no need to replace your WebCatalog Prefs file when you install a new version of WebCatalog. However, some people tend to replace everything. Therefore, if you have replaced your previous WebCatalog Prefs file with a new one, that means you probably need to reset some of the preferences in that new file to match your previous settings.Sincerely, Ken Grome WebDNA Solutions http://www.smithmicro.com/webdnasolutions/...
