By default Notepad displays without softwrapping the text, in other words, long lines will require you to scroll horizontally to see all of the data. However, you can select the menu item Edit -> WordWrap, to softwrap the text. This allows you to see all of your data without embedding any s in the code.I tried testing this by loading a .tpl file with extremely long lines into Notepad. I then switched WordWrap on and off and edited the file. Then I saved it and reopened it. No mysterious extra returns, it works fine for me. What will break your code is if you are hitting return at the end of every line, a common mistake people do when they don't have WordWrap on, to prevent the text from flowing horizontally.Whatever editor you are using, just turn on wordwrap and only hit the return (enter) key when you really want a in your code.Dan DANIEL CAMERON creative engineer dcameron@worldpoint.com -------------------------------------------------               W O R L D P O I N T         Voice.808.539.3932  Web.http://www.worldpoint.com  -------------------------------------------------    imposition of order = escalation of chaos Associated Messages, from the most recent to the oldest:
