It should the the incoming folder inside the mail folder. I am currently using AutoShare as a mailinglist server and AutoShare hooks into EIMS and uses this folder as well. It drops e-mail messages over there and for EIMS these are the incoming messages it should process. But for some reason the e-mail messages WebCat drops into this folder are not being processed.John ter Welleter.welle@lettrix.nl
