Backed up the old WebCat file and upgraded, moved the plug-in to the the Web* server Plug-Ins folder, the .acgi to theSSL server and then fired everything up. WebMerchant went in well also. PCSchanged the suffix on most files (from .tmpl to .tpl) which means we had todo some updates to other reference pages, but as on now (4 days after theupdate) we doing well. Not to speak too soon, we are experiencing one problem on the catalog adminpages. WebCat is not accepting a database update from the Add tocatalog... page even if the user has the correct name and password. Theuser will type in their SKU, name, description, price, etc... and try toadd it to the database and WebCat will bounce back with Authorizationfailed. The [protect] tags are set correctly and if you type in a name andpassword from the ADMIN group it will work. Oddly enough, the same user canuse his/her password and get to the ViewOrders, Modify, Remove, etc... butjust cannot add to the database. So we're teaching all of our consultants/users to close the DBs and thenFTP up a new database file. Anyone have an idea as to why this is happening?Bill>Hey,>>Has anyone out there upgraded yet?>Has anyone out there upgraded yet without any problems?>>Thanks, Paul>>>We have made every effort for this not to be the case.
