Template transformed itself into a database?

texte = I've been working on my site with the demo version of WebCat 2.1. Thingshave been going great, and one by one, I'm making the templates do justwhat I want. Incredible program. Wow. However...Today I was experimenting with group fields, and when I tested the search,I got just a text stream of the database for my result. I checked the newcode, flushed Netscape's cache, reloaded pages, flushed templates andcommited the database, but it did no good. I had the results template open, but I wasn't working on it. Only the Search template and the databaseitself were being changed and saved. (Everything is a trial at this point;the database is fake and they aren't public pages.) I inspected the openresults.tpl doc, and it looked okay. For the heck of it, I closed it, andsaid no when it asked if I wanted to save (SimpleText). A few minutes laterI reopened the results.tpl, and much to my horror, it now consists of themost recent revision of my database. No more carefully crafted results.tpl.How can this be? Was I doing something wrong to let this happen? Is it ano-no to flush the template cache and commit databases while they're openon the desktop? I was using my 8600 for the browser, and using Timbuktu (onthe 8600) to diddle with the actual pages on the 7350 across the room.SimpleText was the text editor. The web server is running WebStar 2.1 andsys 8.1; the 8600 is running sys 7.5.5.Terry Wilson :(
