I don't know it exactly at the moment but most likely this email account does not exist on the server or you are trying to use a smtp-server which does not relay (means it does not take mails from other domains than its own)Try to send a mail to this address with a standard mail program, you should get a more detailled error message. If the mail goes through than check the from address you set in WebCat.
