You can probably fool WebCatalog into overriding the max=N by putting your max=1 *first* in the search arguments, so it 'sees' that one first and uses it instead of the later max=25:[search max=1&[searchString]]Also, there is really nothing magical about [searchString] -- it's merely a convenience in that WebCatalog puts together a nice set of search parameters without you having to think about it. So what I'm saying is you can make up your own search string all on your own, without using WebCatalog's pre-built one:[search db=[db]&eqFIELDdata=[fieldValue]&max=1]It just requires you be aware of what new values (such as a new startAt, which you can compute with [math]) should be put into the parameters. Just grab all your form variables and duplicate them into the search parameters.Technical Support | ==== eCommerce and Beyond ==== Pacific Coast Software | WebCatalog, WebMerchant, 11770 Bernardo Plaza Court | SiteEdit Pro, PhotoMaster, San Diego, CA 92128 | Typhoon 619/675-1106 Fax: 619/675-0372 | http://www.smithmicro.com/ Associated Messages, from the most recent to the oldest:
