Each week I get a new database from a bookseller with about 9000 books. Early on I added some fields and did some minor modifications to their database, and now I just take theirs, spit out the fields I need and replace the existing db on their site with the new one. Why not use their database to export the file you put onto the Web site? You may have to modify theirs slightly to make it work for you, but that would be the most straightforward solution. Each week I get a new database from a bookseller with about 9000 books. Early on I added some fields and did some minor modifications to their database, and now I just take theirs, spit out the fields I need and replace the existing db on their site with the new one.
