Technically, this form does not 'embed' the add-to-cart. Any time you have a FORM or HREF with command=xxx, we call that a URL command. The action does not occur until the visitor clicks the submit button (or hyperlink), and the URL gets sent to the web server. You can truly embed WebDNA by using the equivalent contexts, like [AddLineItem db=xx]sku=1234[/AddLineItem]. This WebDNA gets executed immediately as soon as the page is hit with a browser. But for most simple shopping cart applications, the earlier HREF with command=add is the preferred method.Technical Support | ==== eCommerce and Beyond ==== Pacific Coast Software | WebCatalog, WebMerchant, 11770 Bernardo Plaza Court | SiteEdit Pro, PhotoMaster, San Diego, CA 92128 | Typhoon 619/675-1106 Fax: 619/675-0372 | http://www.smithmicro.com/ Associated Messages, from the most recent to the oldest:
