Problems with Summary and WEBCAT

I am not sure what the problem is but when we refresh pages in webcat, we get parts of Summary reports at time and it usually shuts down the system. We are using WEBTEN as the server but have not observed this in normal web page serving. anyone seen this?? Summary is running on port 7000.
