SM's tech support people are trying very hard, yet the fact of the matter is that they are still very new to webcatalog, and it's going to take them a long time to get up to speed with some of the rest of us.Usually crashed are the result of bad webdna code in a template. I can crash webcatalog on a Mac simply by leaving off the closing bracket on an [orderfile tag, like i did here, so I think your best bet is to check the template again. It wouldn't hurt to check the db file with a desktop db program as well. If you import it then export it with a different file name that should fix any bugs in the db file itself.================================ Kenneth Grome, WebDNA Consultant 808-737-6499, http://webdna.net ================================------------------------------------------------------------- Brought to you by CommuniGate Pro - The Buzz Word Compliant Messaging Server.
