We've been using Cybercash with WebMerchant for about 4 months now and have run thousands of transactions through the system with only a few hiccups.I've not had any problems with the Cybercash system being unavailable at all. I take that back. It was down once for a couple of hours.I have come across a couple of problems with the WebMerchant templates that I've reported to Smith-Micro and basically haven't heard anything useful back in over a month. The admin templates could really use a face lift and the ability to customize some features but Smith-Micro will do that for you for a consulting fee on top of the purchase price if you really need it.I do want to caution anyone using the system to not mix CC payments with AC (account) payments as we've run into a bug that allowed a number of CC payments through without charging their card. I worked around it but haven't heard anything from Smith-Micro to the affect that they've tracked it down.Let me know if there is anything else I can help with. Sam Lewis, V.P.
