Nice dig! ;-) I should have seen that one coming.Actually I'm typically slow to upgrade with servers since I always have plenty of other headaches to deal with. Usually when I upgrade, there's been a bug fix for the bug fix released. > >By the way, this is obviously a browser issue, so why don't you just >get rid of the need for visitors to use the back button while in SSL >pages? If they didn't have to go >Back to fix a form value, they wouldn't even try ... :)Excellent point. I did set up a validation page instead of using required fields with losts of showifs/hideifs and links to return to the invoice if needed. It's not the same as the return to same page validation code down by another in the archives (I think Bob Minor), but I wasn't able to get that to work for some reason and wanted a solution in place until I could figure it out. Where I get burned is when users enter in the wrong credit card number, or a cc not accepted by the site. I'm using webcat's built in validation and when the use backbuttons from that generated error page. And I still can't stop users from hitting the back button. When I get time and can figure out why Bob's validation checker didn't work for me, I'll gladly switch. BTW... I pulled out those meta no cache tags and Netscape no longer requests you to reload to repost data. No biggie.. I'd put them in attempting to solve this IE problem and they didn't work anyway.Reg Harris------------------------------------------------------------- This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list .
