In fact, the only time this would have to be true is if there is some pre-determined number of digits in the cart value -- but there does not seem to be any such limitation.Example: If the first section of the cart value were 2000 (for cart values created this year), then what's to stop the cart value from beginning with 2500 in 500 years, or 10000 in 8000 years, or 102000 in one hundred thousand years?
