Would it attract and siphon off some of our low end business? Was there any way to roll this into our current offerings?I suspect that this will get bad reviews, if anyone reviews it at all. It's not really a dumbed down version of Webcatalog, though it seems to use webcatalog in some manner to create the sites. It walks the user through a 7 or 8 step process to generate a folder full of hard coded html pages that use javascript and cookies to track items ordered and to return a cart and invoice page. The big laugh is that the invoice page tells the user they must now print out the page and fax it or mail it to the merchant. It is pretty useless from our point of view. Clients who would use this instead of our services wouldn't be very good clients. I wish Smith-Micro luck in it's bid to corner the market on low end e-commerce web site hosting, but I will be recommending BigStep.com's (http://BigStep.com/) free service to anyone who wants this caliber of solution.Paul _/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/|\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ _/_/_/Paul Uttermohlen, Interactive Ink, Inc._\_\_ \_\_\_\_ _/_/_/ mailto:paul@ims1.com - Website Development \_\_\_\_ _/_/_/ Business - _\_\_\_\_\_\_ _/_/_/ Real Estate - _\_\_\_\_ _/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/ | \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_------------------------------------------------------------- This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list .
