texte = We are trying to duplicate the WebSTAR bomb at startup problem (plugin only) a few people have reported after the beta was done. We need to be able to duplicate this, so if you can provide any specifics on your setup, that would be helpful.WebCatalog looks in the path :cgi-bin:WebCatalogEngine: relative to the WebSTAR application. If it finds WebCatalog Prefs, then it opens that. If not, it creates one. However, if the containing folder does not exist, it cannot even create the prefs file, so it dies.Several people say they have the WebCatalogEngine folder in their cgi-bin, but I'm wondering if cgi-bin itself is perhaps moved somewhere else. It may also be possible that another plugin has changed WebSTAR's current working directory, so our assumptions about where we exist on disk get messed up.Grant Hulbert, Director of Engineering ********************************** Smith Micro, Internet Solutions Div | eCommerce (WebCatalog) 16855 West Bernardo Drive, #380 | ------------------------- San Diego, CA 92127 | Software & Site Development Main Line: (858) 675-1106 | http://www.smithmicro.com Fax: (858) 675-0372 **********************************############################################################# This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list .
