texte = can you explain better what the form is supposed to do? the user checks the checkboxes next to the items he wants in the house and you return ONLY the records that have ALL the checkboxes he checked (like pool AND jacuzzi AND kitchen...) or you want to return ANY record which has ANY of the things he checked...?
