I'm losing my cart numbers (or they're changing) when I go through a transaction using the framed pages. The Smith Micro Knowledge Base had a reference page to this but the very piece of information I needed was omitted from the page!?! I included a copy of the text from that knowledge base file below. The FRAME SRC example I need is completely missing!Does anyone know the correct FRAME SRC link to use in the frameset page so the cart number follows from the first click? I tried this:(for the leftFrame): src=fr_insert.tpl?cart=[cart](for the mainFrame): src=prodindex.tpl?cart=[cart]Didn't work, cart number changed as soon as I clicked on any link on prodindex.tpl (target is: mainFrame). Thanks, any help is appreciated!Mike> From WebCatalog Knowledge Base: > > Why are my customers loosing their [cart] numbers or shopping cart items? > (Ref. #990919-0043) >   > Description: > > Why is the cart number changing when users move from page to page or frame to > frame? >   > Solution: > > WebCatalog knows to create a unique cart number the first time a browser > requests a page that contains a [cart] tag, but if you want this cart number > to stay with the browser, you must put &cart=[cart] in all the subsequent > links they will follow.
