I have striped the store builder upload.tpls down to work elsewhere. removing things like sku and callerurl, etc and I hard coded the path or target path and can send those to you if you like. Also there is another file in the storebuilder admin folder. I think it's name is upload.tpl. with out the _ in the file name. In that one you browse to the file from the client and you can then even rename the file. And if my head is working right it does not have the .gif and .jpg check in it. It is one self contained template if I remember right also. So you could upload a text file. In the templates with the _ in the name it is asking you to upload an image for a store catalog so it is checking that the .ext is either .gif or .jpg. You could go over the template with the @ in the name and remove that check routine. The problem with the web* upload plugin is you can not control the file name size like you can in webcat. In webcat it is set at 35. The web* is much shorter. My only question about the webcat upload templates is where does the server figure out what the icon/creator type is. In the webstar upload these where more or less untouched. I have a client who does not like the fact that the icon has changed to a quicktime looking icon. Something he does not see using either TB2 or the web* plugin. Is it a server suffix mapping, client suffix mapping, or mac os mapping that alters this. Minor detail but the client is always right.=============================================== Gary Richter PanaVise Products, Inc. 7540 Colbert Dr. Reno, Nevada 89511 Ph: 775.850.2900 Fx: 775.850.2929 Email: grichter@panavise.com http://www.panavise.com ===============================================------------------------------------------------------------- This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list .
