texte = Hello All,I'm working on an electronic greeting card application, and having problems with new cart numbers not being generated. I was hoping some of you could go to the following link and run through it and see if you get the same error that I am.When someone sends a greeting, I use a writefile context to write a file based on their cart number in a special folder... [writefile file=Completed/[cart].html&secure=F][/writefile]I then use a sendmail to notify the recipient that they have a card waiting...In the thank you page there is a link to send another card. This link does not pass the cart variable so that the next card sent will write a new file and not overwrite the first one.... Click Here to send a new card. The redirect.html page contains the following... [redirect http://www.zeidlers.com/greetings/index.html] inside the body tag. This is the only thing in this page.So now the user has went two pages back through to the index.html page. They should have a new cart, right? This works if you send two cards, but if you send a third one, it picks up the cart number from the second one, overwriting it.How on earth is it possible to pass this value like this? Any ideas?Anyway, the link is the following if you'd like to try it...http://www.zeidlers.com/greetings/index.htmlI've tested this on Netscape/MacOS and IE/Windows95... Same results.-- Robert Wade ====================== CABIN6 Design================================================ |[ //\ ||} || ||\| V| ================================================www.cabin6.com =============== robert@cabin6.com------------------------------------------------------------- This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list .
