It does recognize ASCII, so if you get the ASCII number for the plus sign, it should show up.Hope it helps.-----Original Message----- From: WebCatalog Talk [mailto:WebDNA-Talk@talk.smithmicro.com]On Behalf Of Celeste Paul Sent: Monday, August 06, 2001 2:07 PM To: WebCatalog Talk Subject: strangness with the form (Celeste Paul 2001)
  • Re: strangeness with the form so like, i needed to create a little form to gather some info.. and one of the fields is timezone.. and i also have forms that will edit and view the same set of records. in this little question, there are two selects menus, one for + or - and one for 1-12 so that you can choose how many hours you are ahead or behind.the strange part: the + will no append. i tried using [url] tags, and im getting a space (%20).. and ive debugged and checked it over and had other people give suggestions. the - works fine. and when i change the option from %20 (the + option thats messed up) to - .. it converts fineanyone hear of this problem before?-- celeste --Celeste Paul GreenMarketplace.comceleste@greenmarketplace.com phone: 412-420-6400 fax: 412-420-6404Visit http://www.greenmarketplace.com for products that meet the highest social and environmental standards. ------------------------------------------------------------- This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list .
